We aim to deliver your order quickly, reliably, and with care.
Where We Ship
- USA: All 50 states, DC, and eligible territories where permitted by law.
- International: We ship to select countries where national, state, and local regulations permit.
Processing Times
- Standard products: Orders placed by 2:00 pm ET ship the same business day. Orders after the cut-off ship the next business day.
- Custom products: Processing times vary; shown at checkout or confirmed by email.
- Weekends/Holidays: Orders process the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Typical Transit
- Small parcels (USA): USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Typical transit 2–5 business days (AK/HI/territories may take longer).
- LTL Freight (large orders): National carriers with curbside delivery. Appointments may be required.
Shipping Costs
- Wholesale (B2B): $15–$50 standard shipping based on weight/size, calculated at checkout; free shipping on orders $250+ (after discounts, before tax).
- Expedited options: 2-Day/Overnight offered at checkout where available. Weekend delivery not guaranteed; not available to PO Boxes or all ZIP codes.
- Custom products: Shipping quoted at purchase.
Temperature-Sensitive Items
Gummies and certain topicals can be heat-sensitive. During warm weather we may use ice packs, insulation, or hold to ship Mon–Wed to reduce transit time. If a package was delivered on time but left in heat, melting is not covered; please retrieve promptly upon delivery.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for scans to appear.
Delivery Issues (Lost/Damaged/Incorrect Address)
- Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, inner/outer packaging, and the shipping label.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days (domestic) or exceeds the courier’s investigation window, we’ll assist with a replacement or refund per carrier determination.
- Delivered but not received: Check with household members and neighbors first; we’ll help file a claim but cannot guarantee replacement on confirmed deliveries.
- Incorrect/undeliverable addresses: If a carrier returns the order, we’ll reship to a corrected address (additional postage may apply) or refund the product cost less original shipping for B2B orders.
Freight Deliveries (LTL)
Freight includes curbside delivery only. Liftgate, inside delivery, limited access, appointment, or redelivery fees may apply and are the consignee’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please inspect pallets upon delivery and note any damage/shortage on the BOL before signing.
International Shipping
- Duties & taxes: The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, VAT/GST, and fees.
- Regulatory compliance: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are legal to import and to provide any required documentation. Orders seized or refused by customs cannot be refunded.
- Transit times: Vary by destination and customs processing.
Restricted Destinations & Age Verification
We do not ship to locations where our products are prohibited. Certain items may require adult signature or age verification per local law.
